Thank you for describing in eloquent language the kind of episodes I have to witness every day in my store. The best is when gnarled hausfraus take the wrong beverage and have the nerve to come back and complain we made the wrong drink! Meanwhile we have already had to remake a replacement for the stolen one. Sigh. This blog helps soothe the pain! :D
